Returns & Refunds Policy

All products sold by Royce & Sheffield are produced individually and made to order. As such, returns, replacements, and refunds are available only under the conditions outlined below.


Eligible Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, and

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery, and

  • You provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect size, frame option, or variant selected at checkout

  • Minor color, tone, paper texture, or finish variations caused by screen differences or production processes

  • Items damaged after delivery or through misuse

  • Digital downloads or instant-delivery files (if applicable)


Shipping Costs

  • If a replacement is approved, we cover production and reshipping costs.

  • If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, original shipping fees are non-refundable, where applicable.


How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement, email support@royceandsheffield.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

We respond within 48 hours with next steps.


Late or Invalid Claims

Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery, or without sufficient evidence, may not be eligible for review.


This policy complies with made-to-order and print-on-demand standards and is final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
